  • Individual cards are packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve.
  • All cards are blank inside.
  • Exclusive or customized card programs are available.
  • All items are handmade by a local artesian and made in the U.S.A.

  • Card size 4 3/8” x 5 ¾” (A2)
  • Cardstock 110lb +

Product Pricing
  • $100 minimum order requirement.

Display
  • Basic greeting card display is available and is a wicker basket with sign
    reading “Homemade Greeting Cards” with space to add price.

Marketing
  • Retail locations carrying Cathy Sue’s Creations will be listed on the www.
    CathySue.com website.

  • Retail locations will also be featured in the quarterly “What’s New Cathy Sue”
    newsletter.

Payment
  • Payment is required prior to shipment.  Currently checks are accepted.  MC
    and Visa will be accepted electronically through PayPal.  CODs are not
    accepted. Checks made payable to Cathy Sue Carpenter

Sales Tax
  • Wholesale orders do not incur sales tax charge if valid reseller number is
    provided.  Otherwise sales tax will be charged for all order shipped within
    Illinois.

Shipping
  • Orders will be filled within 2-3 weeks.  Custom orders will be completed
    within 4-6 weeks.  

  • Orders will be shipped via Fed Ex ground and shipping charges will apply.  

Returns
  • If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly exchange
    or refund your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.  All items must
    be returned on their original condition and packaging for an exchange/return
    to be processed.
